Here is the break down for our shipping process, we print out shipping labels attached with the invoice, your special instructions to us 'notes' will not be listed on the invoice, it is hand written. When shipping labels are printed it does not necessary mean the package is dropped off at USPS and ready to be in-transit. It means we have printed out all necessary papers to fill your order which takes approx 1-2 business days especially when we have blow out deals. After order is filled within 1-2 business days it is then dropped off at USPS for 1-3 day mail delivery depending on location. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused for anyone! I hope this explained it well, if you have any questions feel free to email me at info@vapecaviar.com.

- Please understand that when packages are scanned into USPS, we know as much as you do at this point, when tracking does not move and stays put, it means USPS is not updating the online tracking as it's in-transit to the location. A few customers have received their packages without the tracking number updating at all.

SHIPPING ISSUES:

UPDATE!!: If your tracking number has not updated after 10 business days, please contact me at info@vapecaviar.com we will send you out another package ASAP. It's getting ridiculous how USPS is handling our product, they're losing our packages, not updating tracking information ETC, to still provide the best customer service we will ship out another package on the house and if you do end up receiving 2 packages then thats better for you! THANK YOU.

We are very sorry for all the shipping issues during this time, We have done some research and found out that USPS is very slow during this time of the year due to Christmas Holiday, "Had one package take 5 days to travel 30 miles within CA. Also had a package a few weeks ago that took 11 days from CA to NJ. No initial scan, then first scan shows up in NJ 9 days later. Buyer thought I was lying to him about when I sent the package. We do ship out the orders within 24 hours of order, it does say it is in pre-shipment, but we do drop them off at USPS, When the packages are dropped off at USPS it is out of our hands, we know just as much as you do.

We apologize for any inconvenience but if you are going to order around this time of the year, please be patient and allow 5-10 business days if needed for packages to be delivered.
